The strongest development projects begin with a clear concept and carry that clarity through feasibility and execution.
We work with visionary developers to translate site constraints, zoning, budgets, and market realities into clear, buildable projects. From early strategy through construction, we bring design rigor and technical depth to what actually gets built, ensuring ideas remain coherent as they move through entitlement, coordination, and delivery.
Our role is to turn complexity into clarity and strategy into resilient buildings that perform over time.
Block 7 Mixed-Use Urban Redevelopment
A mixed-use redevelopment spanning three city blocks in downtown Redding, California, this project replaced a deteriorated parking structure with a compact urban district. The new development integrates 78 units of affordable housing, the Shasta College Community Leadership Center, a shared structured parking garage, Whistle Stop Park, and extensive street and circulation improvements.
Jackson Development
Set against the backdrop of the Teton Range and overlooking a protected elk preserve, this five-lot residential development includes both townhomes and single-family homes. Even as a speculative build, each home is carefully designed and oriented to feel private, connected to the landscape, and more like a standalone residence.
Strategic Thinking from Feasibility Through Completion
Our development work begins with feasibility. Site constraints, zoning limits, budgets, and market forces are translated into clear buildable scenarios that establish real unit counts, viable massing, and defensible strategies.
We look for the opportunity inside the limitation, identifying buildable solutions that might not be obvious at first glance.
As projects move through entitlement, coordination, and construction, we remain engaged to ensure each decision strengthens the original idea rather than dilutes it. This continuity turns complexity into coherence and makes ambitious projects possible.
