Asia Live at Westfield Valley Fair is a 15,000-square-foot dining, retail, and entertainment destination designed by Demark Studio in Santa Clara, California. The project brings together open kitchens, multiple dining experiences, bars, and a curated marketplace within an immersive environment that invites guests to explore Asian culinary traditions through food, design, and interaction.

The architecture and interior design balance contemporary materials with references drawn from across Asia, creating a series of distinct but connected spaces. Open kitchens put the preparation of food on display, while shifts in material, lighting, and atmosphere move guests between the energy of a bustling marketplace and more intimate dining and cocktail environments.
